From Northern California, we open doors for, and have extensive experience in advising, Australian, Canadian, Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean capital sources. Our broad reach of experience includes advising bank and non-bank lenders, including EB-5 visa investor pools, in the making of permanent mortgage, construction, conduit and mezzanine loans for the development and redevelopment of retail, residential and office properties. We also are well-versed in assisting clients with CMBS-loan servicing issues like transfer and assumption applications, portfolio recapitalization transactions and distressed debt sales and purchases.
